MEET YOUR SOCIAL WORKER/THERAPIST
Hi there, I’m Jenna.
I’m a Registered Social Worker in Ontario, Canada. I’m also a highly sensitive person. That means I feel and experience this world deeply. The beauty, the pain, the nuance, the emotion- all of it. I get how simultaneously overwhelming and powerful high sensitivity can be because I both work it and live it too. That’s also why I’m so passionate about supporting other highly sensitive souls to find empowerment, fulfillment and peace through affirming therapy services and education.
I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from York University and my Master of Social Work from McMaster University. That being said, we’re never done learning, and I’ve completed additional clinical training in Internal Family Systems Therapy, Ecotherapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion and other modalities.
When I’m not working, you would probably find me at a local coffee shop, on a hiking trail with my family, lost in a book, snuggling my dog pal or in my small but mighty garden.
FAQS
How often should I come to sessions?
That is up to you! That being said, I recommend that people consider starting weekly or bi-weekly. This lets us build a strong foundation together and get into the good stuff. Clients will often choose to set up a recurring appointment time together so we both have it saved in our calendars.
I’m interested in Ecotherapy but don’t live near London, Ontario. Can we still do ecotherapy online?
Sure can- as long as you are an Ontario resident! There are many ways we can bring nature into our online sessions. If you let me know your relationship with nature is important to you (as it is for many highly sensitive people), we’ll make sure to make space to bring in nature as part of our work together.

What’s the process to get started?
To get started together, you can email me to book a free 20 minute consult (or book a consult directly online by clicking the button below).
I do a consult with any new potential client as a chance for us to chat and for us both to feel out if we’re a good fit. If we want to move forward with our work together at the end of our consult, we can book our intake and you’ll get sent all the forms and info you need online.
